When you send an inquiry through the form or by email, we collect what you give us: your name, business email, company, country, the products and quantities you ask about, and your message.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to run and secure the website. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

• To reply to your inquiry and send quotations, samples and documents such as SDS, TDS and COA.
• To arrange and document orders, export clearance and shipping.
• To keep records required by law, for example for export and hazardous chemicals trade.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where needed to answer you or deliver an order:

• Manufacturing partners, when a technical question or a sample request needs their input.
• Freight forwarders, customs brokers and carriers, to ship your order.
• Service providers that host the website and deliver email for us.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

Some of these parties are located outside your country, including in mainland China. We share only what each one needs.

We keep inquiry records for as long as we are discussing business with you, and order records for as long as trade and tax law requires. After that we delete them.

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you emails, by writing to luna@leveragechem.com. Depending on where you are, you may also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
